DESCRIPTION
The estate’s benchmark white, Irisse is a rare blend of Vermentino and Grechetto grown in the highest vineyards of the estate. Fermented in wood and aged on the lees for eight months, it offers structure, minerality, and depth – a vertical, long-lived interpretation of Monte Amiata’s Vermentino.
