DESCRIPTION
The estate’s signature wine, ColleMassari Riserva comes from organically farmed vineyards at 300 metres above sea level, rooted in a mix of sandstone, red clay, and alluvial gravel. Spontaneous fermentations, long macerations, and ageing in large oak casks bring depth to this blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Ciliegiolo – an authentic, expressive red that speaks clearly of the Montecucco hills.
