DESCRIPTION
Produced only in special vintages from the pomace of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Montepulciano, this grappa is distilled in copper pot stills using the bain-marie method, then aged for two years in barrique. Pale amber in colour, it offers aromas of raisin and vanilla; the palate is rich, smooth, and enveloping. Only 2,500 bottles – a grappa reserved for rare occasions.
